New Years Eve 1999. After a prank call takes Fry to a cryogenics lab, he is accidentally frozen in one of the cryogenic capsules, and wakes up 1000 years in the future. With the help of a robot called Bender, he tracks down his great, great... great grand nephew, Professor Hubert Farnsworth.
